Pricing

LABSCO participates in many national and regional group-purchasing contracts to provide you with special pricing and services. Call the local LABSCO service center (phone number) or your sales representative for complete information on volume discounts and contracts available to you. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

Hundreds of carefully packed orders leave our shipping points every day. Orders are shipped direct to you by the fastest and most economical method. We offer our own trucking fleet and regional carriers for local deliveries along with UPS and FedEx for regional deliveries. Express shipping is available at an additional charge.

Return Merchandise

LABSCO's ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction. If any product fails to meet your complete satisfaction, simply call us for your Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Merchandise is not returnable after 30 days from the date received. Items returned for credit must be in their original package (unmarked and unopened), must be unexpired, have been stored and handled properly and should include a copy of the packing slip. Drop Shipments, special orders, special stock and opened products are not returnable unless the reason for the return results from a manufacturer defect or problem. A restocking fee may apply.

Payment Options

LABSCO accepts cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and American Express for payments on accounts. Terms: Net 30 Days from date of invoice. Accounts over 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge on any balance. Initial orders may be shipped COD or require prior credit approval.
